In addition to agreeing on the final structure for the T+BASE , roofing etc (attached) we also have now another request from our Malaysian prospects to make a demo house that is transportable.
This means that while the strength is there IMO, we have to work out a way of either picking up a 5×4 m demo house with a crane, OR disassembling it to flat pack and reassembling.

Also we have to identify the source and costs of the BASE – I have an indication that the GRFPU profile I liked is about $30 a meter – but alternatives need to be looked at for strength and price.
